Our team has grown significantly from just a handful of helping hands to over 50 full time and part time staff. Our culinary team is made up experienced and accomplished chefs, capable of delivering gastronomic indulgence for buffets to fine dining, of various cuisines. Indoor and outdoor events alike, our operations team are trained and qualified to service and set up events for guests from 20 to as big as 1000. Together we’ve achieved recognition of our hard work and passion when we were awarded WINTERHALTER’s Caterer of the Year at the World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence 2017. As a team, we strive to surpass our own standards and create new culinary innovations!
