As a pioneer of luxury premium catering, LAVISH offers exquisite dining experiences for the masses with culinary excellence and exceptional service. We have consistently ushered bespoke concepts for events ranging from large-scale Meeting, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions (MICE) to the fanciest galas in town, and we are always exploring new ways to create and enjoy food, Redefining Catering.
What are your operating hours?
We are open 365 days throughout the year. Our telephone line, +65 6392 2688 is available from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (excluding public holidays).
Is the menu customisable?
One menu does not fit all – we understand the diversity of dietary requirements and the need to cater for them. You may check with us on the different options available, ranging from vegetarian to gluten-free!
How long does the food last?
In accordance with the Singapore Food Agency’s Guidelines, food with warmer setup is best consumed within 3 hours from the time the food is prepared.
For drop-off catering where food is served in microwavable containers, it is best consumed within 1 hour upon delivery.
Timestamp indication will be available for all delivered meals, recommending the best time for consumption.
Is cutlery provided?
Yes, cutlery will be provided, additional charges may apply.
What kind of event services do you offer?
Let us know your event requirements and we will provide our professional advice from our vast experience ranging from thematic MICE and corporate events to weddings.
Can I get decorations for my event?
Food should not be the only priority – we believe that a holistic dining experience should be curated for a multi-sensory adventure. Share with us your ideas and watch it come to life.
Can I request for service staff and chefs?
Yes, charges may apply for the engagement of service staff and chefs. Please contact us for more information.

Orders & Cancellations
Where can you deliver to and what are the charges?
We provide islandwide delivery and charges are applicable.
How can I place an order?
When is the latest I can place an order?
You are encouraged to place your order at least 5 working days in advance, subject to availability. We will recommend to place your order at least 1 month in advance (at least 3 months ahead for bespoke events) to ensure a smooth planning process.
What is the minimum order capacity?
We cater for all group sizes, from intimate gatherings of minimum 30 pax to 1000-pax galas.
How can I make payment?
You may make payment via the following:

Please note that payment must be made in advance for all orders.
Can I amend/postpone my event?
Kindly contact us at least 5 working days prior to your event date and we will do our best to assist. Please note that charges may apply.
Can I cancel my order after payment has been made?
For catering events less than S$5000++, at least 2 weeks’ notice is required; cancellations for any catering events S$5000++ and above will require at least a month’s notice. Otherwise, cancellation charges will be applicable.
What are the other charges I need to take note of?
All prices are subjected to prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST) and 10% Service Charge. Other charges may be applicable depending on services engaged.
